They are designed to be close fitting, increasing dexterity and a soft lining on the inside. Further increasing comfort is the outer material used which has a generous stretch, allowing freedom of movement.
The palm of the glove is fully covered in a supple, yet durable goatskin leather, which greatly aids grip, making this a very versatile glove (they used to be called versatility gloves actually!). The wrist is both elasticated and has a Velcro strap, keeping a close fit and stopping heat getting out and water getting in.
